Meet Chad

Chad Graham, Founder

For more than 24 years, Chad Graham has been a trusted Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist for Indianapolis-area clients and professional sports organizations. He spent two seasons working with the Indiana Pacers before joining the Indianapolis Colts, where 2026 marks his 21st season as part of the organization’s medical and sports performance staff. Chad is also in his second season working with the Indy Ignite professional volleyball team.

Chad holds MAT’s highest level of certification as an MATRx Specialist and is one of a select group of practitioners who completed years of extensive training directly under MAT founder Greg Roskopf. His expertise has led to invitations to serve as a guest lecturer for the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as numerous universities and professional organizations.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University, where he began his career in personal training. Chad was later recognized as Indianapolis’ Top Trainer before becoming Indiana’s first MAT Specialist.

In addition to his work with professional sports organizations, Chad takes great pride in helping a wide range of clients—from professional and student-athletes to executives and active adults—at his Indianapolis office. He also travels to provide evaluation, assessment, and performance clinics for sports clubs, teams, and corporate organizations.
