Founder Chad Graham has spent the last 20 years as a preferred MAT treatment specialist for Indianapolis-based clients and pro sports teams, with 2023 marking his 18th season on the Indianapolis Colts’ medical staff.

As the highest-level MATRx Specialist, Chad is one of only a small group of practitioners who completed his years of extensive training under the MAT founder directly. As such, he has been an invited guest lecturer at the American College of Sports Medicine and multiple organizations and universities.

He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University, where he got his early-career start in personal training that would later see him named Top Trainer of Indianapolis before becoming Indiana’s first MAT Specialist.

In addition to his time with the Colts, Chad takes great pride in helping a variety of clients from pro to student athletes, executives and more out of his Indianapolis office as well as travels for club and corporate evaluation and assessment clinics.
